1. Are all the items handmade?
Yes, all polymer clay items are handmade by myself.
2. Is it ok if the items get wet?
Yes, it is ok! However, I do not recommend swimming/showering with them.
3. Can I request a remake of a certain item?
Yes! Just place an order as usual and I will let you know if it is remake-able or not.
4. Can you make a custom-made item for me?
Yes, we can! E-mail us and we'll get to discussing your custom-made item.
5. Are the items edible?
No, they are not edible.
6.What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept transactions via CIMB bank.
7. How do I place an order?
To order, you can go to "How to Order" and fill up the order form or email us.
8. How long does it usually take to process orders?
It normally takes 1 to 3 working days to prepare your goods after receiving your order and payment.
